The Academy sets as few cookies as it can, and this page lists all of them. There is no third-party advertising or tracking here.

## Always on

One cookie keeps you signed in and remembers your place in a course. Without it the site cannot tell one visit from the next, so it cannot be switched off while you are using an account.

A second, ucp_consent, records the choice you made on the cookie banner. It holds the single word granted or denied and no identifier. Storing your refusal is the only way to stop asking you again.

## Optional, and off unless you turn them on

Measurement, so we can see which pages are read and where people give up. None of it runs unless you press Accept. Silence is a refusal, not a permission, and Decline is exactly as easy to press as Accept.

## Changing your mind

Every page's footer has a Cookie preferences link. It reopens the banner.

## What we do not do

We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not load third-party scripts that would set cookies of their own. The site's content security policy blocks remote scripts outright — a technical guarantee rather than a promise.
