## Trying a course before paying

The first lesson of every course is free and needs no account. Open any course and press "Start the free lesson". The rest of the course is locked until you enrol, and the outline shows you what is in it.

## Reading the library

Every publication can be read in full, page by page, in the browser, with no account and no time limit. Turning pages costs nothing and always will.

Downloading a copy to keep is paid. Where a publication is openly licensed, buying a copy puts no restriction on what you may then do with it — the licence says so and we do not override it.

## Checking a certificate

Go to /verify and enter the serial number printed on the certificate. It works without an account, which is the point: an employer or an admissions office needs to check it without asking us for permission.

A serial that reports "revoked" is telling you something true. A revoked certificate is never deleted.

## Finding your own certificates

They are listed on your profile. You can open and print each one as often as you like.

## Paying

No payment provider is connected to this site yet, so nothing can currently be purchased here. Course pages say so rather than taking an order that would go nowhere.

## Something is broken, or unusable

Write to contact@unescocp.academy and say what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If it is an accessibility problem, say so — those are fixed first.
